Weston Goodwin, Managing Partner

“Our Twin Cities team works out of St. Paul and covers the metro, including Bloomington. If your patients are missing postpartum visits, arriving in labor without support, or stuck on needs no one has time to chase, that’s exactly the gap our doulas fill. Let’s set up a working session.”

Local partners and referral pathways

We’re building referral pathways with Twin Cities clinics, health plans, WIC sites, hospitals, home visiting programs, and churches. Each pathway is set up in a working session: who refers, how, and who follows up.

Partners we work with will be listed here as agreements are in place.

What we offer Twin Cities organizations

Referral partnership at no cost, plus the contract add-ons below. For the full picture of how our doulas work with care teams, see Partner With Us.

Added Services for Partners

Contract add-ons, built around your gap

Beyond Medicaid-covered doula care, partners can add services for their population. Pricing is developed together, based on the services and population you choose.

On-call hospital doula services

Trained birth support for patients who arrive without a doula, continuing into postpartum care for Medicaid members.

Perinatal resource navigation

3, 10, 25, and 40-hour navigation episodes for families with complex social needs, authorized through your care-management pathway.

Dad Doula support

A father-centered pathway: prenatal preparation, labor coaching, newborn and postpartum support, and peer connection.

Classes for your population

Childbirth, new parent, and breastfeeding classes, in plain language, for your members or patients.

Integrated pilot

A combination of services for a defined population, with agreed workflow, reporting, and outcomes.
